Utilizing most metals, including precious metal inlays and clad metals we can produce the most precise electronic parts with a thickness range of .003 to .125. Our production capability including State-of-the-Art Bruderer Presses allows us to manufacture miniature clamps used in delicate medical procedures, finely detailed reel to reel lead frames used in telecommunications and heavy duty contacts, switches and terminals used in automotive and electronic industries.
With our state of the art quality equipment and procedures, we meet the most demanding production tolerances required by our customers. Our Acu-Gauge automated precision measuring system allows us to closely monitor our production to meet the most demanding criteria. And our new Vision-Based Inspection System guarantees 100% part inspection by closely monitoring several critical physical dimensions of our reel-to-reel parts as they are fabricated in our high-speed metal stamping operation.
